• Supports overtime tracking including compensatory time.
• Tracks Employment Equity including support  for points and factors.
• Removes repetitive data updates with our mass update features. For example cost of living increases.
• Automates and reduces errors. For example, new payroll amounts can be automatically sent to your payroll system when HR makes a salary change.
