- Updated banks for vacation days (entitled, taken, carried over), sick time, and overtime/lieu time
- Time can be displayed in hours or days
- Entitlements can be accrued annually or monthly
- Create an unlimited number of other banks to track entitlements specific to the workplace
- Entitlement calendar is user-defined, e.g. fiscal calendar, hire date, seniority date, etc.
- Vacation requests can be entered via the Employee Self Serve (ESS) module, with automatic emails generated to supervisors and the requesting employee
- If a request is approved, the available entitlement time is adjusted and the employee’s time and attendance records are also automatically updated
